How to become a client?

To access the FindMyHome platform, the law firm signs a license agreement with FindMyHome, covering key items such as services, costs, support, data processing and system security. In addition, there is a direct debit (DD) mandate and list of users to be returned.

Once received and payment taken, named users are set-up on the system and an online training course is arranged.

How payments are taken?

The annual fee is taken by DD.

The per case fee of £50 + VAT is taken by DD.

An invoice for the case fee is automatically generated and uploaded to the platform (ideal for including as proof of a disbursement).

The system generated report meets a specific need. There will be times however, for example, where directions are made by the court, or prior to a settlement being agreed, when the services of regulated mortgage broker will be required or desirable.

The FindMyHome platform directly links with leading mortgage brokers to provide ease of data transfer and communication, improving the efficiency of their involvement.

Broker Approved Mortgage Capacity Report

The Mortgage capacity report can be automatically forwarded to our panel of highly experienced mortgage brokers. They will research the available mortgages themselves, query anything that needs querying, and ultimately return to the platform a fully signed off report.
