Jason Reeve
Chief Executive Officer
Jason is the CEO and Founder of FindMyHome. Jason is a qualified financial advisor and former founder of Novitas loans Ltd. After 7 years of providing services into family law, he is now back working with family solicitors to design and roll out the FindMyHome platform nationally. He is passionate about using technology to give family law professionals the tools to maximise the benefit of time spent with clients and in court.
Emma Reeve
Chief Operating Officer
Emma was a former director at a leading London marketing agency. She then left to co-found Novitas and was the COO responsible for all systems and process plus the relationship with key law firm clients. At FindMyHome, Emma is in charge of all customer facing processes and interactions.
Heather Glover
Chief Financial Officer
Heather is a qualified ACA accountant. Post a small career break she had a number of contract roles with Barclays Capital. In 2014 she joined Novitas Loans Ltd, taking on the role as CFO in 2015. In 2017 she was part of the senior management team that worked alongside Deloitte’s to successfully sell Novitas to Close Brothers.
Terry Pettitt
Chief Technology Officer
Terry has worked in mortgage related system development for the past 25 years, building and supporting platforms for some of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. Specialising in automated report production, expert systems and system integration, As CTO, Terry oversees the development of the FindMyHome platform, continually updating it with integrations and the latest technologies and innovations.
