Define the property type (price, bedrooms, style etc), then create a search area to return a list of possible properties.
Use distance or travel time from a certain point to define the search area, for example, only show me suitable properties a maximum 20 minutes by car from the child’s school at 8am.

Add multiple points of interest (POIs) such as current or future schools, work, stations and support network, a brilliant visual tool to quickly see where properties are relative to this points.
